My Winter Skincare Essentials, Burt’s Bees Product Review!

Hey Guys,

How are you all doing? I hope you are having a great weekend. Today I wanted to talk to you about some new products I’ve recently discovered and fell in love with. A few weeks ago I was contacted by a company called nu3 they are a german company who specialises in organic/natural products. They have recently launched their e-shop in the UK here’s the link for you:  http://www.nu3.com

The PR lady who I spoke to was really lovely and kind enough to send me some products to try and review for you, she also gave me a discount code for you guys for 10% off your purchase on any of their products. The code is WJ1JLZ and is valid until the end of the year. Nu3 sell some fantastic products, including skincare, supplements and nutrition so you should definitely check them out.

I’m always on the lookout for natural and organic skincare, because my skin is really sensitive and a lot of products break me out. I red a lot of good reviews on the Burt’s Bees range so decided to give them a try. Here are the products I got.

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now, and I really like them. It’s important to switch out your skincare according to the seasons, and I feel like these products are perfect to use in winter, as they are very rich and moisturising and will protect your skin from the cold.

So starting of with the most important step in my skincare regime, my moisturiser. This is Burt’s Bees Radiance Day cream*.

This is a gorgeous natural moisturiser to enhance the skin’s radiance and reduce the appearance of fine lines for a younger-looking skin. It is enriched with Royal Jelly, Burdock and Birch and Wild Cherry Bark to lock in essential moisture, calm irritation and promote healthy natural radiance.

It smells really lovely, it’s 99% natural and it’s great if you have sensitive skin like me. It comes in a cute glass jar, very simple but sleek packaging. It’s very moisturising, but not sticky and absorbs really well.

Just as equally important is to apply Eye Cream, and this is Burt’s Bees Sensitive Eye Cream*.

It hydrates and nourishes the delicate skin around my eyes and doesn’t irritate me at all. It’s enriched with Cotton and Rice extract, and works to reduce puffiness and prevents skin irritation and redness.
This cream is 99% natural, also hypo-allergenic and fragrance-free which is perfect for people with sensitive skin. I’m very fussy when it comes to my eye cream, but this one is definitely a keeper! 🙂

I always get chapped lips in winter but since using the Burt’s Bees Ultra Conditioning Ultra Revitalisant* my lips have been soft and smooth. It’s great to use under your lipstick, it keeps your lips moisturised for hours and smells lovely too!

It contains Kokum butter and it’s 100% natural.

I really like the Burt’s Bees Shea Butter Hand Repair Cream*. It smells good and it’s really moisturising, I use it on my hands and feet. It’s 100% natural and contains Cocoa Butter and Sesame Oil.

My skin gets really dry and irritated in winter so I always like to use a deeply nourishing body butter. Burt’s Bees Cranberry and Pomegranate Body butter* is so lovely, it smells really yummy and keeps my skin moisturised for hours. I really love it.:-)

It contains Cranberry Seed and Pomegranate Oils, along with Cocoa and Jojoba Butters, and it’s 99% natural.

Last but not least is a product I’ve had for a long time and absolutely love, Burt’s Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream*. It smells really nice and is perfect for keeping your nails and cuticles moisturised throughout winter.

It’s 100% natural and contains lemon oil, rosemary and cocoa.

I’d love to know if you have tried any of these products, so please share in the comments below 🙂

Vicki xx
