Professional Beauty London! My experience!

Hi Guys,

Happy Friday! I hope you are having a good day. It has been a super busy week for me, and I’m glad it’s nearly the weekend.

If you follow me on Twitter, then you probably know that on Sunday I went to Professional Beauty London, which is a Beauty Trade show for make up artists, beauty therapists and anyone who is in the beauty industry, and it happens every year. Hundreds of brands showcase new products, and give an opportunity to stock up on supplies at discounted prices.

Upon arrival it was very busy and it took me a long time to find my bearings and walk to the Press Area. There I met the lovely Sharleen, who made me a cup of coffee and gave me some press releases to have a look at. My Press Pass enabled me to learn more about the latest products, upcoming launches and network with other bloggers/press members.

There were so many brands exhibiting at Professional Beauty this year (over 600) I didn’t even know where to start 🙂

My first stop was Elemis, where I met up with the lovely Maz, we had a drink while talking about some of their new launches, including the Elemis Biotec machine. It uses five different technologies and seven different facials, each one targeting a client’s specific skin needs. It looks amazing and I’m super excited to give it a go soon!

Next up was Sothys. They had a beautiful stand with their new Make-Up Colection ‘Little Black Dress’ A luxury selection of products to help you create the perfect Parisian look. I absolutely love it, very classy and sophisticated! It was very kind of them to give me some of the products to try, so I will be reviewing them very soon. It was lovely catching up with Graham, Patricia and AJ and I could have stayed there chatting to them all day, but I had to dash and get some more work done 🙂

Then I stopped at the Decleor stand, it was so beautifully decorated with yellow tulips 🙂 I had a really nice chat with the lovely Fiona from QVC, she showed me their new products Decleor DD Cream (tinted daily defence cream Spf 30) and the Aroma Lisse Range (a range of five anti-ageing products with light textures based on the essential oil of mandarin) I enjoyed watching a bit of the demonstration and then moved on to grab some lunch.

After my little lunch brake I stopped by the Aromatherapy Associates stand to check out their new launches, including Deep Relax Balm and Relax Eye Mask. I just love the smell of their products, so natural. I had a chat with the lovely Rita who very kindly gave me some samples, and I can’t wait to try them 🙂

I popped to the Caudalie stand to grab a bottle of their Beauty Elixir, that I’m addicted to and ended up having a nice chat with the lovely Joanne, who told me about the launch of Caudalie Premier Cru La Crème Riche (anti-aging skincare formulated for very dry skin) She also told me about their new boutique in Covent Garden, I should definitely check it out soon 🙂

Overall I had an amazing time, I met so many lovely people and discovered some really interesting new brands! I will definitely be returning next year!
