Go Coconut Crazy / My Current Haircare Favourites for Dry/Damaged hair

It’s all about the coconut in this post πŸ™‚ I’ve recently tried some new haircare products so I wanted to share with you my current favourites. I’m always on the lookout for new haircare, something nourishing and conditioning for dry and damaged hair and being a beauty blogger I’m always trying new products.

So recently I started using the Coconut Milk Shampoo* and Conditioner* by the brand Organix. I actually came across this brand at Beautycon London last year and tried a few products from them which were really lovely. Their products are natural and good for your hair, they have quite a few different ranges to suit the different hair types. I’m currently loving the Coconut range as it’s great for nourishing and hydrating my hair and leaving it really soft and smooth. I have been suffering with some hair loss so I think this range is good for me as it contains whipped egg white proteins to help strengthen my hair and hopefully combat the hair loss. Great products and so many different ones to choose from.

About once a week I like to do a deep conditioning treatment and the Lee Stafford Coco Loco Coconut Mask* is perfect for that. It’s really thick and creamy and I like to apply it and leave it on for at leastΒ half an hour for some serious conditioning πŸ™‚ It’s great to use before a night out or special occasion when you want your hair to look super glossy and nourished. It’s packed full of ingredients to help repair dry and damaged hair, and proteins to help rebuild, it’s just heavenly! Another Coconut product I’m currently hooked on is the Lee Stafford Coco Loco Conditioning Spray*. It’s a leave-in conditioning product that you spray mid lengths to ends to help nourish your hair, it smells lovely and it’s very lightweight not sticky at all. I tend to use it after washing my hair, just before blow drying. It helps to nourish my dry ends and make my hair look smooth and shiny. It also helps to detangle, really lovely spray from the new Coco Loco range.

Last but not least I have a couple of products from Fudge UrbanΒ that I have been enjoying quite a lot lately. The Iced Tropical Cocktail Miracle Ends frizz smoother* which I’ve been using to help smooth my split ends and help with frizz. It’s a leave in conditioner/lotion but very lightweight, I love the texture and smell. It contains Argan oil which really helps to condition dry and split ends. I normally apply to my hair after washing it and then blow dry. And then a finishing product, the Iced Coconut Cocktail Hair Spray* which gives a great hold but doesn’t make my hair crispy or crunchy. Normal hair sprays don’t smell great but this little baby smells absolutely amazing, really fresh and coconutty it’s just delicious. Even my husband uses it, as he loves the hold it gives and the super yummy scent, I have to hyde it so he doesn’t use it all up πŸ™‚

There you have it guys, some lovely hair products if you want to hydrate and condition your hair or if you are a coconut lover like me πŸ˜‰ All available at your local Superdrug and Boots.

Have a fab weekend!
