So, I mentioned last week that I visited Asos HQ in London to have a little sneak peek at their new collection and they were kind enough to let me pick up a few bits to wear during LFW. It was actually quite hard to pick, as I’m very indecisive 🙂 but my friend Mona and the lovely Lucy from Asos were very helpful, so I ended up picking some really nice staple pieces.
Being the first day of London Fashion Week I knew it was going to be a super busy one, so I wanted to wear something comfortable but still stylish and classic.
I opted for a girly Pleat Pussy Bow Blouse (Asos) which is such a classic piece and you can’t go wrong if you pair it up with a pair of Blue Jeans (Zara), a casual yet put together look. I wanted to be comfy as I knew I’ll have to do a lot of walking that day, so I wore these Black leather fringe, lace-up Boots (Topshop) but I took a pair of heels for a more formal option.
I decided on this gorgeous Maxi Trench Coat in navy blue (Asos) which looked super stylish and it would make the perfect transitional piece going into the Spring months. It’s also good for layering, as it was pretty chilly that day. To complete the look I took my new clutch from British designer Rianna Phillips – a beautiful Grey/White Geometric Print with a lovely fluffy bag charm.
I hope you like this look as much as I do, many thanks to my friend Mona from Mona’s Eyes for taking these outfit photos.
