'Yes To Carrots' Scalp Relief Shampoo/Conditioner Review

Good evening guys,

I hope you are all well. Sorry for the lack of posts lately, but I have the Flu 🙁 and I’ve had no energy whatsoever…I’ve managed to write a little review for a couple of current hair care favourites, so I hope you enjoy it.

Lately I’ve been suffering with a really dry and itchy scalp, maybe because of the cold weather but I’ve started using the ‘Yes To Carrots’ Scalp Relief Shampoo and Conditioner as the brand recently reached out to me and I was super exited to try their products, as I’ve heard some fantastic reviews.

Starting off with the Shampoo* (RRP £5.99), it is 99% natural and doesn’t contain any Petroleum, SLS or Parabens, in other words-no nasty ingredients, it’s also cruelty free (which is super important to me) It smells really natural and fresh, it actually has Tea Tree and Lemon, which are supposed to help combat dry scalp and balance the pH levels. It has a bunch of other lovely ingredients to help soothe irritation and get rid of flakes/dandruff. The main ingredients-Organic Carrots help heal dry scalp and stimulate healthy hair growth. I have been using it a few weeks now and I really like it, it’s soothing and doesn’t cause any irritations, I’ve also noticed that my scalp is a lot less flaky when I use it.

I have been using the matching Conditioner* (RRP £5.99), I apply it all over my hair including my scalp and leave on for about 15-20 minutes before rinsing. It feels really moisturising and cooling on my scalp and leaves it clean and fresh. I don’t normally condition my roots as it tends to make them look a bit greasy, this conditioner doesn’t do that, instead it leaves my hair clean, soft and nourished from root to tip.

I would highly recommend the ‘Yes To Carrots’ range if you are suffering with dry itchy scalp or eczema. But also check out their website as they offer so many different ranges of hair products as well as skincare, they’re also super affordable. Available in Boots and Asos.

Have a great eve guys! xo
