Garnier Moisture Bomb Range / Review

Hi beauties,

Today we’ll be talking skincare, I want to tell you all about a couple of new discoveries from Garnier. I have been testing out the new Moisture Bomb Range for the past month and I’m really impressed! 🙂

Starting off with the Moisture Bomb Super-Hydrating Antioxidant Day Moisturiser* I would apply it in the morning after washing my face and before applying my makeup. It feels really fresh and hydrating, it’s suitable for sensitive skin, so it didn’t irritate me at all. It sinks in really nicely and makes a great base for my foundation. It doesn’t feel heavy or greasy, it’s designed to rehydrate the skin so it would be perfect for someone with dry or dehydrated skin type. I’m more combination/oily but this works great for me! It also has SPF 10 which is perfect as I always forget to apply sun screen 🙂 I’ve been using it for about a month and I’ve really noticed a difference-my skin appears a lot smoother and plumper with a nice healthy glow. This moisturiser contains some lovely ingredients including two Antioxidant super fruit extracts-Amla and Pomegranate, as well as a high concentrate of plant serum. The combination of these ingredients is supposed to help protect and rehydrate the skin, boost radiance and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. So this moisturiser definitely gets a thumbs up from me!

I have also been using the Moisture Bomb Super-Recharging Antioxidant Night Cream* which has a lovely gel consistency and a nice fresh scent. I would start off by thoroughly cleansing my skin to remove any makeup and impurities and then apply two pea-sized amounts all over my face and neck. This cream feel so soft and smooth and sinks in straight away, it really does keep me hydrated all night and I’ve noticed that my skin looks plump and smooth in the morning. I was a little bit worried that it might make me oily as it’s designed for people with dry/dehydrated skin but it works so well to rebalance my dry patches and doesn’t make me oily at all. The combination of the two moisturisers has worked wonders for my skin and I would highly recommend both products, it’s so nice to wake up with healthy looking skin!

The Garnier Moisture Bomb Range is available in Suprdrug and Boots at a pretty affordable price RRP £7.99

Have a wonderful week xo
