Some of my blogger friends have been raving about the new Garnier Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water* so when I was gifted a sample I couldn’t wait to try it! I absolutely love the original Garnier Cleansing Water and I use it every single day to remove my makeup, so I’m exited to see how they compare.
I like the packaging, I’m actually fascinated how the oil separates and floats on top, all the little bubbles bursting….it’s quite cool 🙂 so yes, the product comes in a transparent plastic bottle and you get 400ml which is a lot! You definitely get your moneys worth and this bottle will last you ages.
This particular product is targeted towards people with dry or sensitive skin, which I do suffer with occasionally. It’s very effective at removing makeup even waterproof mascara. It’s pretty effortless to use and it doesn’t drag or pull the skin around the eyes. It doesn’t sting or irritate and it really does freshen up and nourish my skin. I’ve also noticed that it has a subtle floral fragrance, which I like.
You don’t need to rinse your face after using this cleansing water, as it doesn’t really leave any residue. Although I’m used to always rinsing my face after cleansing. My skin doesn’t feel tight or stripped after using this product but instead lovely and soft.
I use Garnier Micellar Oil-Infused Cleansing Water on a daily basis as the first step of removing my makeup and then follow up with a second cleanse, normally using a hot cloth cleanser and my Clarisonic. I do have a Skincare Routine video coming up soon so be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel if you would be interested to see it.
A fab product and a great value for money at £6.00 available from Superdrug and Boots.
Have you tried any Micellar Cleansing waters, which one is your favourite?
Have a fantastic weekend!
