New from Max Factor – Smooth Miracle primer & Miracle Touch foundation / review

Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a great week, it’s nearly Friday which makes me very happy! hehe

Today I will be sharing with you a couple of new products from Max Factor that I have been enjoying recently, and if you follow me on Snapchat (Vickis_Beauty) you already know what I’m talking about 🙂

Starting off with the Max Factor Smooth Miracle primer* it makes the perfect base for an even foundation application. It really smoothes out the skin, it’s like a moisturiser without being silicone or feel greasy. It smoothes out fine lines and fills your pores, it really is a pretty fab product, I’ve literally been using it every day.

Being a big fan of Max Factor’s Facefinity primer, I was really exited to try this new release. I absolutely love the finish it gives, the texture is quite thick and creamy as it comes out the tube but after rubbing it in it absorbs completely and makes my skin feels super soft. It definitely helps my foundation last longer and stops it from settling into fine lines and pores. Overall I’m very impressed with it and I would highly recommend (£10.99 here)

Onto the foundation, I have the new Miracle Touch Skin Smoothing foundation (shade 040 Creamy Ivory £12.99 here) and I have to say combined with the primer it makes the perfect duo. The result is a flawless, fresh and smooth complexion with a healthy radiance glow!

The Max Factor Miracle Touch foundation* comes in a plastic jar, with a lid and a sponge applicator. It has a hard consistency but in contact with the sponge/brush it’s more creamy and melts into the skin perfectly. It gives a lovely medium coverage without looking cakey and feels lightweight on the skin. The best way I’ve found to apply this foundation is with my beauty blender or real techniques sponge, but obviously you can use the sponge it comes with or perhaps a flat top kabuki brush.

Have you tried any of these products? What is your favourite Max Factor (Covergirl in US) primer/foundation?  Victoria xo
