This is my very first Cohorted Beauty box* and I have to say I’m quite impressed, covering mainly make-up and skincare there were also some body treats and couple of lifestyle bits for Christmas. They’ve showcased some fab brands this month and I’m really delighted with what they’ve selected, it’s such a good all rounder too. All full sized products worth £80 plus free delivery for only £35 per box, pretty good deal if you ask me.
The December edition showcases the brands Clarins, The English Soap Company, Plum & Ashby and Lucy Annabella, all of which were beautifully presented inside their signature black box secured with an organza ribbon giving it a very luxurious look and feel. There were also special discount codes for Missguided and Zalando.
Here’s what’s included:
1 The English Soap Company / Winter Village Large Bath Soap £8 – Made from pure vegetable oils and shea butter this soap smells so natural, really looking forward to use it. I love the festive box it comes wrapped in, it looks so Christmassy 🙂
2 Clarins Mineral Mono Eyeshadow £17.50 – I’ve never tried any of their eyeshadows before. The packaging is really luxury and eyeshadow itself quite smooth, lovely smokey plum shade, I used it to create a simple smokey eye and I loved the result, it’s also much more pigmented when used wet.
3 Plum & Ashby / Lavender Bath Essence £18 – I haven’t tried this yet but it smells so good and I love the glass bottle it comes in, feels expensive and luxury.
4 Lucy Annabella Christmas Candle x 2 £17 each – These are absolutely beautiful, so pretty and smell amazing, very festive!
For my first box I have to say it was a pretty good line up 🙂 I look forward to see what’s gonna be in next month box as I know they have some amazing brands including Bobbi Brown, Nars, Too Faced, Chanel, Bare Minerals, YSL etc. So it’s definitely a thumbs up from me!
